All our products are specially made to order with care and dedication. Please allow 5-8 business days for the creation of your unique piece. Once your order is ready, we ship it with the utmost attention to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

For international orders, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Returns and Exchanges

As each order is custom-made to your specifications, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing the order.

Personalization Details

It is crucial to review your personalization details in the provided tab before finalizing your purchase. We will print exactly what is written in the personalization tab during your order. Please double-check all names, dates, and any other details provided. Regrettably, we cannot replace items with spelling errors or inaccuracies in the personalization details.

Damaged Products

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged item. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
