Returns and Exchanges
As each order is custom-made to your specifications, we, unfortunately, do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing the order. It is crucial to review your personalization details in the provided tab before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged Products
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged item. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Lost In Transit
We understand that unexpected issues may arise during shipping. If your order is lost in transit, we've got you covered! For domestic orders, please allow 14 business days of tracking stagnation before considering it lost. For international orders, we kindly ask for your patience for up to 21 business days. In the rare instance of a lost order, contact our customer support team. If the tracking link indicates delivery, we may require proof that the shipping carrier made an error. It's important for the buyer to follow up on such cases, and we're here to assist in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
